Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PulseGuard (“Service”) at https://pulseguard.top and related Telegram bots. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
PulseGuard provides uptime / RPC monitoring, optional price pulses, and alerts (e.g. Telegram, Discord, webhooks). Features, plan limits, check intervals, and alert timing may change. Free, donate, and Pro entitlements are described in the product UI and help pages.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep access credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including linked Telegram chats and alert webhooks you configure.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, violate these terms, or create security or legal risk.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to attack, scan without authorization, or harass systems you do not own or are not allowed to monitor.
- Probe internal, private, or loopback networks via SSRF-style targets; we may block unsafe URLs.
- Overwhelm the Service (excessive API use, spam alerts, abusive webhooks).
- Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service in a way that harms other users or operators.
- Violate applicable law.
4. Plans, donations, and payments
- Free and donate features are provided as described in the product; donate credits and limits may change.
- Pro and other paid features may be billed via third-party crypto processors (e.g. NOWPayments) or verified wallet donations. Crypto payments are generally final once confirmed on-chain or by the processor.
- Prices, credit rates, and limits shown in the app control at the time of purchase or donation.
- We may refuse or reverse entitlements obtained through fraud or error.
5. Alerts and availability
Monitoring and alerts depend on networks, third-party APIs, Telegram/Discord, and your targets. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, zero false positives/negatives, or delivery of every alert. Free-tier delays and probe confirmation rules apply as documented in Help.
6. Your content and targets
You retain rights to URLs and configuration you submit. You grant us a license to process that data solely to operate the Service. You represent that you are allowed to monitor the targets and send alerts to the channels you configure.
7. Intellectual property
PulseGuard branding, software, and documentation remain ours or our licensors’. You may not copy or redistribute them except as needed to use the Service.
8. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Monitoring is a best-effort tool — it is not a substitute for your own operational practices or SLAs with your providers.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PULSEGUARD AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST-PROFITS DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSSES ARISING FROM MISSED ALERTS, DOWNTIME, OR THIRD-PARTY FAILURES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify PulseGuard against claims arising from your use of the Service, your monitored targets, or your alert destinations, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for violation of these terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimer, liability limits, and indemnity) survive termination.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Service.
