Quick start

1. Sign up, then connect Telegram on Alerts.
2. Add a monitor in the web app or Telegram: /add AUTO https://your-rpc/health.
3. Optional: a price pulse, or Pro / donate.
4. Need help? Use Support (bot /support or /app/support) — not a personal DM.

Monitors

Monitors watch a target on a schedule. This is not ICMP ping — we speak HTTP(S) or TCP.

Probe types

• RPC — for blockchain nodes (EVM eth_blockNumber, Solana getSlot, Cosmos/CometBFT /status, auto-detected). DOWN when unreachable, on the wrong chain id, still catching up, or when the block height has not moved for the stale limit (default 3 min). Telegram: /add RPC https://your-node. Try any URL first with the free RPC checker.
• HTTP(S) — request a URL; success if status matches (default 200). Optional JSON assert.
• TCP — open host:port (e.g. node.example:8545). Good when there is no HTTP health path.
• AUTO — try GET → HEAD → TCP on 443/80. Best default when you are unsure.

JSON assert (HTTP)

Optional path + expected value (e.g. path status equals ok). The check fails if the body is not JSON or the value differs.

Belief / sampling

Free/Top-up: about every 5 min we probe. If down, we probe two more times every 10s — the last probe wins for that cycle. After a second down cycle ~5 min later, Free waits ~20 min before Telegram (your oldest active monitor alerts immediately); Top-up alerts immediately. Starter (~60s) and Pro confirm with 3 consecutive failed probes and alert immediately. If only the first cycle was down, we tell you it was down once and is up again (same delay rules). Pro uses ~30s probes (3 fails). Tap Confirm on a DOWN alert to silence until it recovers.

How to

• Add — Monitors → fill form → Create.
• Pause / resume / delete / Confirm — buttons on each row.
• See status — Overview or Monitors “Belief” column.

Limits: Free ≤ 2, donate ≤ 5 (Free speed), Pro ≤ 50 (~30s). Interval Free ≥ ~5 min.

Pulses (prices without coding)

Tell us which coin and below or above what USD price. We show the live USD price (CoinGecko) so you can pick a sensible level. Example: Bitcoin goes below $74,000 → Telegram.

1. Open Pulses (or Telegram /pulse).
2. Pick a popular coin, or Other coin and type a ticker (ARB, WIF, …) — we look it up on CoinGecko.
3. Check the live price, then choose “goes below” or “goes above”.
4. Type your dollar level. Create.
5. Change later with Edit on the pulse row, or bot /pulse set N below|above LEVEL.

Any listed CoinGecko coin can be tracked. Same Free/Donate sampling + Confirm-until-clear as monitors. Advanced users can still paste a public JSON URL. Stocks/FX are not included yet.

Exchange spread pulses

On Pulses (or bot /arb BTC 0.5) pick a coin, a minimum spread in percent, and at least two of Kraken, Coinbase, OKX, Bitstamp, Gate, MEXC, HTX. We read each venue's public USDT bid/ask, compute the best buy-low / sell-high spread, and alert when it is at or above your level. Scan now (or /arb BTC) shows the live books first. Spread pulses count toward your pulse quota (Free 1, Donate 2, Pro 10). Informational only. Trading fees, withdrawal times, and slippage may eliminate the apparent spread.

Trade tools (read-only)

Helpers for people who move money on-chain. PulseGuard never holds funds, asks for private keys or seed phrases, or places trades — everything here is informational.

• Transaction check — /app/tx-check or bot /checktx eth 0x…. Chains: ethereum, bsc, polygon, arbitrum, base, bitcoin, solana (aliases eth/bnb/btc/sol). Shows confirmations, amount, from/to, failed/reverted. Nothing is stored.
• Exchange spread alerts — see Pulses.
• Wallets & portfolio — see Wallets.
• Exchange accounts (Pro, read-only) — see Exchanges.
• Tax report (Pro) — see Tax. News — see News. Copy-trade signals (Pro, notification only) — see Copy-trade.
• DCA calculator — /app/dca (also public at /dca). Simulates a recurring buy with CoinGecko daily prices in your browser.

Website-only (by design): exchange API key entry, tax CSV/PDF import, DCA calculator, WalletConnect / browser wallet pick, and becoming a copy-trade leader. Everything else that is safe in chat is also on the bot.

Wallets & portfolio (public address only)

Track balances of wallets you own at /app/wallets or with the bot (/wallet add eth 0x…, /wallets, /wallet txs N, /portfolio, /portfolio history).

• What we store: chain, the public address and an optional label. Nothing else. We refuse anything that looks like a private key (64 hex chars) or a seed phrase (12–24 words).
• What we read: native coin plus common tokens (USDT, USDC, DAI, WBTC, WETH, ARB…) from public RPC nodes / explorers; SOL and USDC/USDT on Solana; BTC via Blockstream. Prices from CoinGecko. Balances are cached about a minute. A 30-day value chart (web SVG, or bot /portfolio history as text) uses today's holdings times past prices (not cost basis). Recent txs: Txs on the web or bot /wallet txs N (Alchemy or Etherscan when configured; Blockstream for BTC).
• Chains: ethereum, bsc, polygon, arbitrum, base, bitcoin, solana (aliases eth/bnb/matic/arb/btc/sol).
• Connect wallet buttons (browser wallet, WalletConnect QR) are website-only — they only ask for an address. Pasting the address in the bot does the same thing.
• Limits: Free 1 wallet · Donor 2 · Pro 5. Remove a wallet any time; nothing about it is kept.

Exchange accounts (read-only, Pro)

Link a read-only exchange API key at /app/exchanges to see exchange balances in your portfolio and import trades for tax reports. Bot: /exchanges lists what is linked — keys are only ever entered on the website.

• Create the key with read / balance permission only. No trading, no withdrawals. Restrict it to our server IP if the exchange allows. Supported: Kraken, Coinbase (Advanced), OKX (needs passphrase), Bitstamp, Gate, MEXC, HTX. Binance, Bybit and KuCoin block our server region, so they will fail verification.
• Verification: we make one balance read before saving. A rejected or trade-only key is not stored.
• Storage: key, secret and passphrase are AES-256-GCM encrypted with a server-side secret. They are decrypted in memory only for the moment of a request and are never shown again — to you or to admins. Only fetch balance and fetch my trades are ever called.
• Limits: Pro 2 exchanges (Free / Donor 0). Remove a key here any time; delete it on the exchange as well when you no longer need it.
• Never send an API key or secret in Telegram. If you did, delete the message and rotate the key on the exchange.

Tax report (Pro) — a calculation aid

/app/tax computes realized gains per asset for one tax year from trades you import. Bot: /tax points you to the page.

• Import: a CSV export from any exchange (needs symbol, side, quantity, price and time columns — fee and trade id are optional; quoted commas, ; and tabs are fine), or pull your own history from a linked read-only exchange key. Duplicate trade ids are skipped, so re-importing is safe.
• Methods: FIFO, LIFO or average cost. Buy fees are added to cost basis; sell fees are deducted from proceeds. All history is used to build lots; only sells dated in the selected year count.
• Unmatched sells (no earlier buy in your data) are flagged and use a zero cost basis — import the missing history to fix them.
• Export: CSV or a one-page PDF, both carrying the disclaimer. Delete all imported trades any time.
• This report is a calculation aid, not tax advice. Consult a licensed tax professional in your jurisdiction.

News headlines & daily digest

/app/news and bot /news or /news BTC show recent headlines from CoinDesk, Cointelegraph, Decrypt and The Block, tagged by coin. We show the headline, publisher and link (plus a short snippet from the publisher's own summary) — never article text.

• Daily digest (Pro): /news on or /news on BTC sends up to six headlines to your Telegram at 07:00 UTC; /news off stops it. Needs a linked Telegram.
• Headlines refresh every 30 minutes. Tagging covers: BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, BNB, ADA, DOGE, AVAX, DOT, LINK, MATIC, TON, ARB, OP, SUI, USDT, USDC.

Copy-trade signals (Pro) — notification only

/app/copytrade, bot /copyleaders, /copyfollow N, /copyunfollow N.

• Leaders expose one of their own read-only exchange keys under a display name. Every 5 minutes we read the leader's own recent trades and forward side, amount, asset and price to followers on Telegram. Balances and identity are never shared.
• Followers need Pro (3 follow slots; trial gets 1) and a linked Telegram. No exchange key is needed to follow.
• PulseGuard does NOT place this trade for you. If you choose to act, do it manually on your own account. Signals are informational, delayed, and may be incomplete. Read-only keys cannot place orders, and there is no order code in PulseGuard at all.
• Leaders can stop any time (followers are removed); followers can unfollow any time.

Alert channels

DOWN and pulse alerts include a Confirm button (Telegram + app). After Confirm we keep checking but only alert again when it recovers / clears.

Telegram (recommended)

1. Open @TradingPulseGuardAI_bot → Start.
2. Bot-first: open the link it sends while logged in, or
3. Web-first: Alerts → Generate link code → send /link 123456 in the bot.

Discord

1. Discord channel → Edit channel → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook → Copy URL.
2. Alerts → Add Discord → paste URL → Create → Test, or bot /discord https://discord.com/api/webhooks/… then /channel test N.

Manage channels

Web: list / test / delete on Alerts. Bot: /channels, /channel test N, /channel del N (deleting Telegram stops delivery until you /link again), /webhook https://… for a generic HTTPS hook.

Note: Telegram linking works best with one bot poller on your server. You do not need a separate Discord bot — webhooks are enough.

Plans — Free, donate, Pro

First top-up = taste of Pro. You get a 48h Pro-speed trial, then top-up slots at Free check speed. Starter and Pro keep fast checks.

ASAP credits

On Free/donate speed, each ASAP credit sends one uptime alert immediately (skips the ~20 min queue). Credits scale by amount: $1 → 5, $3 → 15. Donate does not switch you to 10-second Pro checks.

Billing (crypto only)

• Pro — NOWPayments hosted invoice. Prefer USDT on BSC (low fees). Also TRC20/ERC20, TON, BTC.
• Donate — send USDT ($1, $3, …). Credits = $1 units × 5. Also unlocks 5 monitors at Free speed. Same network only.

History and plan status: Billing. Bot: /upgrade and /donate. Questions: Support.

Telegram bot

Support

Talk to PulseGuard Support through the product — not a personal founder Telegram handle.

1. Telegram: open @TradingPulseGuardAI_bot and send /support (or tap Support on the keyboard / /start support).
2. Pick a category, then type your message. You get a ticket id; we reply in the same chat as the bot.
3. Web: while logged in, open Support and send a message there.

Further messages in an open ticket are appended to that thread (limits and cooldowns apply).

Rules

• Public HTTPS/TCP only — no localhost or private IPs.
• Crypto billing only.
• No ICMP ping; Discord alerts use webhooks (no Discord bot required).
• Support via bot /support or /app/support only.
